- ·Domestic (USA): Reputable carriers for fast and reliable delivery.
- ·International: International shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated Delivery Times
- ·Domestic: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options available for faster delivery.
- ·International: 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
Shipping Restrictions
- ·We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain locations or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
- ·It is the customer's responsibility to ensure ordered products comply with local laws and regulations.
- ·Peptide Biologics is not responsible for packages held or seized by customs.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence of the damage to the packaging and contents. If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us — we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Replacements or refunds for lost shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis after the carrier's investigation is complete.
All sales are final.
Due to the sensitive nature of our research peptide products, all sales are generally considered final. We prioritize the integrity and quality of our products, and therefore, we have a strict return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
All peptide products are non-returnable once shipped, unless there is a confirmed error on our part (e.g., wrong product, confirmed defect).
Exceptions
Incorrect product shipped or confirmed product defect — contact us within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or returned.
How to initiate a claim: Contact our customer support team at info@peptidebiologics.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographic evidence. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
